We knew it was a longshot AND we really wanted us all to be together – but the window has closed on the ability to put on a safe festival on the Fourth of July weekend.

We looked at all options, but are now excited to offer fans a special edition of Sunset during the holidays, entitled Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition. The event will be held at Raymond James Stadium on Saturday, December 26 & Sunday 27, 2020.

All existing tickets will be refunded fully if that is your wish. We are also providing other options to Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition that may benefit current ticket holders. These options and additional information are listed below.

We acknowledge this is not what any of us wanted to hear, but we need to take all necessary precautions under these unprecedented times. We love you and we cannot wait to get back to the party, in a safe environment along with the quality of operations and production that you come to expect from us.

Ticket Information

Tickets will transfer to the December event, automatically, at point of purchase.

Fans who retain their tickets will also receive the following:

  • $25 Food & Beverage Credit added to your wristband for Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition.
  • $25 Merch Credit Coupon for Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition.
  • 1st Chance to buy Sunset 2021 Tickets at the lowest rate.

Due to the rescheduling of the festival, the following refund policy is now active:

  • Existing tickets will be transferred automatically to SUNSET 2.0: The Gift Edition. No action is required.
  • For fans who opt for a refund, tickets will be 100% refunded in entirety, including service fees.
  • The deadline to request a refund is Sunday, Nov. 22 at 11:59 pm ET.
  • Refunds for electronic tickets will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Please allow for an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to return to the account used to make the purchase.

Partner Hotel Reservations

Our hotel partners are navigating an unprecedented situation in real-time and ask for your patience. We are operating with great care and concern for everyone’s health and safety.

If you booked your hotel for Sunset Music Festival on our official hotel partner page, rest assured, your reservation will be canceled automatically and you will receive a confirmation by June 15th.

Please avoid calling or emailing the hotel directly, due to expected hotel staffing reductions, they will have no additional information to provide you at this time.

We appreciate your support and patience as we work through the process of resolving your reservation details.

Merchandise

Any merchandise purchased for festival pickup can still be picked up at the new date.

Will the lineup be the same for Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition

Given the dynamic situation associated with the Coronavirus pandemic, Sunset 2.0 is working to develop the lineup, which will be announced when the global situation becomes more stable.

Will the lineup be released before the last day for refunds?

Yes, the lineup will be released before the last day of refunds.

I used a credit/debit card that is no longer active. How do I receive a refund?

On the refund form, please enter the old card number used to make the purchase. If the refund does not post to the account, we will reach out to the fan directly to assist.

I paid with two credit/debit cards, how do I get my money back?

All charges would be returned to the original form of payment. In this case, both cards would receive the appropriate portion of the refunded amount.

How does it work if I transferred my ticket to someone else?

Per the ticketing terms, Sunset 2.0 will refund the account that was used to make the purchase. For example, if you purchased tickets from someone else, you need to request a refund from the person you purchased the ticket from. Conversely, if you sold your ticket to someone else, you need to refund the person who bought it from you.

Does the refund include shipping and service fees?

Yes, the refund includes shipping and service charges.

Can I upgrade my ticket when the new event goes on sale?

When tickets go on sale, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

Will the new event feature the same stage takeovers?

I booked an AirBnB or VRBO. How do I receive a refund?

For fans who elected to book private accommodations, such as AirBnB or VRBO, we recommend you contact the major providers directly, but only if the host rejected your refund first.

Will refunds be available after the deadline?

No, sorry, the final deadline to refund is Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 11:59 PM ET.

Will Single Day Tickets be made available – When?

Single-day tickets will be available closer to the event. These are usually placed on sale when we have the set times/days for the artists.

Will ambassador rewards/points transfer to the new event?

Yes, rewards and points will transfer. Please contact your supervisor for details.

Are tickets now on sale for the new event? If not, when will they go on sale?

Can I reserve a table for the new event?

What safety precautions will be put in place for the new event? (masks, sanitization, distancing, etc.)

Your safety is our top priority and precautions will be an important part of our planning for December’s event. The global health situation is fluid, so this process, including fan information and communication, will be somewhat iterative.
