Like many of you, we continue to make day-to-day assessments of the role of COVID in our lives as we try to develop positive and safe experiences for Sunset fans within the current regulatory environment.

That being said, we’ve decided to move our event to Memorial Day Weekend 2021. We feel this is the best decision for the health, safety, and welfare of our customers, artists, staff, and community.

The rescheduled event will be held on May 29 & 30th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Additional details and lineup have been announced and tickets are on sale at

Given the dynamic global health situation, we would also like to reassure fans that in the event the rescheduled event is canceled or postponed, you would be given the option of refunding your ticket in whole.

All existing tickets have been transferred to the new date and no further action is required. For refund information, please continue reading.

Ticket Information

Tickets will transfer to the May event, automatically, at the point of purchase. Fans who retain their tickets will also receive the following:

  • $25 Food & Beverage Credit added to your wristband for Sunset 2021.
  • $25 Merch Credit Coupon for Sunset 2021.
  • 1st Chance to buy Sunset 2022 Tickets at the lowest rate.

Due to the rescheduling of the festival, the following refund policy is now active:

  • Existing tickets will be transferred automatically to SUNSET 2021. No action is required.
  • For fans who opt for a refund, tickets will be 100% refunded in entirety, including service fees.
  • The deadline to request a refund is Friday, December 4th at 11:59 PM ET.
  • Refunds for electronic tickets will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Please allow for an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to return to the account used to make the purchase.

For those who bought tickets on See Tickets (including payment plans), or via a Pollen ambassador, or merchandise (including lockers), you are eligible to receive a refund on the card used to process your order. Partner Hotel Reservations

If you booked your hotel for Sunset Music Festival on our official hotel partner page, rest assured, your reservation will be canceled automatically and you will receive a confirmation by Dec 1. Please avoid calling or emailing the hotel directly, they will have no additional information to provide you at this time. We appreciate your support and patience as we work through the process of resolving your reservation details.

I used a credit/debit card that is no longer active. How do I receive a refund?
On the refund form, please enter the old card number used to make the purchase. If the refund does not post to the account, we will reach out to the fan directly to assist.

I paid with two credit/debit cards, how do I get my money back?
All charges would be returned to the original form of payment. In this case, both cards would receive the appropriate portion of the refunded amount.

How does it work if I transferred my ticket to someone else?
Per the ticketing terms, Sunset will refund the account that was used to make the purchase. For example, if you purchased tickets from someone else, you need to request a refund from the person you purchased the ticket from. Conversely, if you sold your ticket to someone else, you need to refund the person who bought it from you.

Does the refund include shipping and service fees?
Yes, the refund includes shipping and service charges.

Can I upgrade my ticket when the new event goes on sale?

I booked an Airbnb or VRBO. How do I receive a refund?
For fans who elected to book private accommodations, such as Airbnb or VRBO, we recommend you contact the major providers directly, but only if the host rejected your refund first.

Will refunds be available after the deadline?

Will Single Day Tickets be made available — When?
Single-day tickets will be available closer to the event. These are usually placed on sale when we have the set times/days for the artists.

Will ambassador rewards/points transfer to the new event?
